Dr. Samuel Halperin, a leader in education policy, has repeatedly donated valuable and significant collections to George Washington University (GW). He headed leadership training programs at GW, 1969-1981. He was awarded The President's Medal of George Washington University, the highest honor awarded by the President of the University.
